Our unique and specialized telephonic counseling service has been supporting safe weight loss and long-term health improvement outcomes for more than fourteen years.

How the Program Works
Bariatric surgery can be a life-saving tool; we teach the skills needed to fully utilize it. Prescheduled, personalized weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly telephonic coaching sessions are delivered by a staff of highly trained Registered Dietitians and Masters Level Nutritionists. Individualized, goal-oriented support allows participants to meet pre-surgery weight-loss requirements and compliance goals; then transition successfully to a post-surgery diet facilitating development of long-term lifestyle habits for ideal health and weight.

Program
Our signature twelve-month program provides the ideal comprehensive pre- and post-surgery contact for long-term health. During this twenty-three-call program the patient works exclusively with one dietitian, enhancing partnership, accountability, and achievement of nutritional and behavioral goals. The cost for the twelve-month program is $1450.

Who We Are
In 1994, the Accomplish Bariatric Surgery Support Program was developed to support the implementation of bariatric surgery within Group Health Cooperative located in Seattle, Washington. Under the direction of Dr. Steven Bock, the Accomplish Program evolved to include data-based interventions to help patients reach ideal weight loss and behavioral goals. The interventions also ensure that patients' essential nutritional needs are met and that they receive necessary support related to the surgery and the lifestyle transformations they will undergo. The Accomplish Program is now offered nationally to surgical groups, individual patients, insurance providers, and employers.
